Les Arc a top choice for families

21st September 2008

Les Arc has a great reputation for a ski holiday destination. We feel it's well deserved as they provide a large range of pistes, with a large range of difficulties and types.

Les Arc a top choice for families

Les Arc 2000 has it’s own snow based creche. Catering for children from 18 months to 6 years,  you can hit the slopes safe in the knowledge that little "Jenny and Jane" are in safe hands. Children will play indoors and nap with older children trying snow shoeing.

Les Arc 1800 is the largest resort in Les Arcs. It has a massive array of facilities for apres ski as well as a range of slopes. Snow conditions are generally good as it is high enough to be well above the snow line all winter, and yet doesn’t suffer during heavy snow fall due to it’s westerly aspect.

Les Arc 2000 is the highest of the resorts, it too has good snow conditions, a range of facilities and a variety of slopes, plus, with it’s childcare options it’s a great choice for any skiers od snowboarders who want to introduce their kiddies to the snow.

Kids clubs and skiing lessons are also available for those who wish to nurture their children’s inner skier!

In addition if you fancy a family day out away from the slopes there are a huge range of choices including museums, nature reserves, cinemas and the ice rink.

So if you’re looking for a family snow holiday this 2008 / 09 winter season, then Les Arc 1800 or Les Arc 2000 could be the family friendly ski resort you are looking for.
