Grand Motte glacier - Tignes Opens

Grand Motte glacier in Tignes has opened this weekend from now until the end of the winter season!! Seems impossible almost doesn't it.

Lifts are open daily from 8.45am – 2.45pm and skiers will be able to warm up some turns on the Descente and Glacier pistes. Reports indicate that it has snowed about 20cms during September so the pistes should be in great condition for the opening.

A day ticket will cost €32 for adults and €26 for children or a half day pass is available from 11.45am for €24 (€19).
