After a long day on the piste, skiers and boarders shouln't have a long soak in a hot bath, as this will result in jelly legs the next day.

Relieve those arching limbs with cold not hot baths

Far better to take an ice-cold bath, if only for three minutes. Which will help flush out the lactic acid and leave your legs far fresher the following day.
